We have the nicest and largest self-storage facility in the area with clean spaces and well maintained wide drives that are properly lighted.

What kind of customer service do you offer?

One of the great things you will come to appreciate about our service is that it is just old fashioned friendliness seasoned with respect and a desire to help you get what you need. 

What are your access hours?

We offer 24 hour access.

How secure is your facility?

Texas Mega Storage has Security Fencing, a Camera System throughout the site and Individual Door Alarms on each unit, a manager that lives onsite and a well lighted facility.

What size units do you have and what size do I need?
Our friendly management team has years of experience and can help you determine what size unit you need based on what you are storing. You can also use our sizing guide as a reference. We have closet to garage sizes available in both climate controlled and non climate controlled units. It is important to us to help you find the correct size so that you are not renting more than you need. We want you to be fully satisfied so that you will always choose us for your storage needs and recommend us to others.

Do I need a lock?
You will need a lock for your unit. Texas Mega Storage sells Chateau Locks with a lifetime warranty. These locks are made especially for self-storage units. We recommend the canister style lock, the most secure.

Do I have to sign a lease?
No, there is no lease; we only require a month to month agreement. However you may receive a discount if you choose to stay for longer periods. Call for details.

Do I need insurance?
We do offer insurance for your belongings from a third party insurance company. This information is available when you come in. Some homeowner policies do cover self storage belongings, but be sure to check your policy and consult your insurance agent before storing.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and money orders, Master Card, Visa and American Express. For your convenience, we can set up automatic payment on your credit or debit card.  We offer a guarantee of no late fees when using this service. We also have a drop box located at our office for after hour payments by check or money order. No cash in drop box please.

Do you sell boxes and supplies?
Yes, we have a wide variety of moving boxes in a range of sizes along with other packing materials such as paper wrap, bubble wrap, covers for sofas, mattresses and chairs, jumbo utility bags, magnet lights, batteries, rope, packing tape, utility knives and more at great prices. We only sell quality boxes and supplies.

Do you offer other services?

Texas Mega Storage also has a Post Office located in the office with packing and shipping service, copying, post boxes, Western Union, faxes, notary services and much more. You can take care of all your needs for these services where you rent without waiting in long lines.

Do you have a referral program?
YES! If you are a current tenant and refer a customer to us who rents, we will automatically credit your account to show our appreciation. Some tenants have paid a lot of their rent this way.

What kinds of things cannot be stored in a unit?
Hazardous and toxic materials are strictly prohibited. If you have any questions about certain items, please check with the manager.
