I was past due but the Manager, Martelle Steyn, was kind enough to allow me to get my previous amount covered!!!
I know not any other facility would’ve done that. Martelle is nothing short of my angel, who’s always greeting me and always nice to me.
I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to store my things. If you go to Texas mega storage, make sure you talk to him because he is very helpful.!!!

Martell made the move-in process smooth and fast as I was reserving a spot for my trailer. The customer service here is top notch.
